How to work with Ariba

We use Ariba as the platform to collaborate with you. To make it as easy as possible for you to get started, we have summarized the most important information here.

As a starting point, you should have been invited to register for Ariba - firstly with SAP Ariba themselves, and then by filling out our Müller registration questionnaire. You will then be able to provide us with some basic registration details (e.g. your company name, address, bank details).

Qual­i­fic­a­tion

Qual­i­fic­a­tion

In the next step you are asked to qualify. To do this, you will receive one or more qualification questionnaires via Ariba - depending on the services/goods you offer. These qualification questionnaires cover, among other things, the topics of information security, KRITIS and GDPR.

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders

Having successfully registered, Purchase Orders (POs) and Order Confirmations will be transacted via Ariba. Please note that we are not using Ariba for Invoicing.
