When Dr. Paul Nadler founded his small family business for the production of mayonnaise in 1926, he probably had no idea that Nadler would become a successful company in the delicatessen market. Today about 250 employees in Bottrop put themselves at the service of Nadler Quality.

Dr. Paul Nadler founded his small family business for the production of mayonnaise in 1926, today the Nadler brand is very successful in the deli market under the umbrella of HOMANN Feinkost.

The range now includes a variety of salads, fish specialities, starters and regional specialities, in particular the regional brands Hopf from Thuringia and Pfennigs (Berlin).
