Bad Essen/Lintorf

1876 Fritz Homann founds a meat and sausage factory in Dissen am Teutoburger Wald, where he also starts margarine production a few years later. 20 years after its foundation, the expansion of margarine production leads to the discontinuation of production and sales of meat and sausage products and HOMANN expands its range to include deli salads, spreads, fish deli remoulades, mayonnaise, dressings and seasoning sauces.

Today HOMANN is the leading manufacturer of dressings, sauces, fish & deli products.
