Drive Efficiency

The two reactors of the biogas plant, which is operated on the premises of the dairy, can be seen from afar. Tara implements numerous measures in energy and process technology and regularly draws on the know-how of the specialists of the Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller.

The programme of the on-site visits includes knowledge transfer with Israeli colleagues in the field of energy and process technology, an energy efficiency check and comparisons of key figures in order to identify and leverage potential and ultimately achieve an increase in efficiency. During the filling of Müller Milchreis as part of a large-scale technical trial at the site at the beginning of 2018, the German engineers had the opportunity, among other things, to examine the new findings operationally and to steer their long-term integration into the plant with the support of the central departments of the Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller.
