In seven-day/24-hour operation, the employees at the Freising site process raw milk into high-quality dairy products such as UHT and fresh milk, chocolate milk, butter, cream, yogurt and quark.

In addition to the production and administration of the Weihenstephan dairy, some Group departments of the Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller are also located at the Freising site.
